Main tasks:

Join a Finance Technology team within the Technology Consulting practice, working with both local and global financial services clients in the Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors.
As a consultant, you will advise clients on finance transformation initiatives, focusing on solutions aligned with the CFO agenda.
Lead the delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformation programs in complex, multi-national environments, with a particular emphasis on SAP S/4 HANA and/or cloud services like Azure.
Shape the future of the finance function through digital and regulatory transformation, utilizing hybrid and/or agile methodologies.
Take ownership of project management, process improvement, defining technical requirements, system implementation, performance management, business analysis, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables.
Collaborate with strategic alliance partners, applying innovative technologies such as SAP S/4HANA for Finance, MS Cloud services, or Databricks.
Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional working environment, supporting a diverse range of service lines.

Your qualifications:

A degree (BA, MA, PhD) in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
Initial practical experience in the Finance and/or Insurance/Banking sector, with knowledge in areas such as accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting, and budgeting/forecasting, and an understanding of finance systems.
An analytical, solution-driven mindset with a strong curiosity for problem-solving.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
A solid understanding of IT systems within the finance function, including the evaluation of IT architectures and data models.
Experience with SAP solutions (S/4 HANA) and/or cloud services, as well as other finance solution providers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluent in English and German, with additional languages considered an advantage.
