They’re hiring a Controller to oversee accounting operations with a strong focus on payroll management and leadership. What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee payroll operations (ADP) including GL activity, month-end entries, and variance reporting
Manage month-end close (5-day cycle), year-end audit, and external reporting
Oversee AP/AR, budgeting, and team leadership within a highly capable and supportive environment
Collaborate on international and acquisition accounting, including a recent SaaS integration
Partner with leadership on process improvements and financial systems (NetSuite)
Build strong relationships across your team and the organization—consistent check-ins and communication are key
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Deep experience with payroll and accounting oversight; experience with ADP and NetSuite is a plus
Comfortable in mid-sized or larger company settings; nonprofit experience welcome but not required
Knowledge of international and acquisition accounting preferred
