Job description

Joining Formalities:

  • Issue offer letters and handle pre-joining documentation.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for desk setup, email creation, and ID cards.
  • Collect and verify joining documents on the first day.
  • HRMS data entry, employee profile creation, and system onboarding
  • Maintain various MIS
  • Welcome new hires and conduct HR orientation sessions.
  • Explain HR policies, employee handbook, and benefits.
  • Assign mentors or buddies if applicable.
  • Ensure smooth integration into their teams.
  • Track and improve onboarding experience through feedback.

Recruitment:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.).
  • Source and screen resumes using ATS or manual methods.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates and interview panels for feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database

Recruitment:

  • Experience handling pre-joining and joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Quick learner and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
