Monitor and report on investment activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support management in organizing and reporting compliance activities.
Coordinate and prepare for internal audits and regulatory examinations.

Qualifications:
10+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in a banking environment.
In-depth knowledge of State and Federal banking regulations applicable to a US branch of a foreign bank.
Experience in monitoring banking transactions and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Proficiency in using office software and data analysis tools.
