Title: Operations Project Manager - Level 2

Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)

Position Type:Contract

Compensation

Pay Range:$51.58-$85.97/Hrs

Description:

  • Provide advisory and monitoring support for compliance policies and procedures regarding State and Federal banking regulations.
  • Advise on compliance-related topics including internal policies, customer due diligence, and internal control procedures.
  • Assist in implementing changes in regulations and advising on the implications for business policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice on new products, services, and business activities.
  • Monitor and report on investment activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support management in organizing and reporting compliance activities.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal audits and regulatory examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support business areas in implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and assess banking activities for compliance with regulatory restrictions.
  • Assist with enhancing the compliance oversight and control framework.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal audits and regulatory examinations.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide direct compliance support to various business units.
  • Assist with project work and enhancements to the regulatory framework.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in a banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of State and Federal banking regulations applicable to a US branch of a foreign bank.
  • Experience in monitoring banking transactions and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and data analysis tools.
