Manage procurement for new hires and hardware

Minimum Qualifications
2+ years in administrative or business support roles
Experience managing executive calendars (CVP or equivalent level)
Tech industry experience (2+ years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
Prior support experience with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and processes
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
