Role Summary:
Assist Roadshow Manager on the Equity Syndicate desk with coordinating roadshow logistics for a high volume of equity products, including IPOs, Follow-ons, Convertibles, Testing-the-Waters, Private Placements, and Block Trades all market segments for Domestic and International companies marketing in the Americas.
Interaction with vendors, clients, senior bankers, internal sales team, and internal administrative functions, such as marketing and expense management, is required.
Requires independent decision making, good judgment, client skills, excellent organization and prioritization skills. Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines as well as manage multiple projects with extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail is a must.
