Job Description

Clinical Ink is seeking a Support Engineer Intern to join our Development team based remotely across the United States! The Support Engineer Intern will provide support services for Clinical Ink's products and conduct root cause analysis on issues and tier 3 support tickets. The Support Engineer Intern's responsibilities include:

  • Provide development and engineering support services for the Clinical Ink platform.
  • Research application issues and provide root cause analysis of application issues or bugs.
  • Participate in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) working practices such as daily meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively learn and use new technologies and provide technical direction for a suite of applications.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • SQL experience required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well and relate easily to both technical and business oriented employees either independently or in a team environment.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work independently required.
  • Experience in source control, unit testing, automated build, continuous integration and test driven development.
  • Experience with mobile or tablet application development is a plus.
