engineering manager to lead one of our cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality,

impactful products. In this role, you will oversee technical execution, manage the product development

team, empowering them to make key architectural decisions aligned with the company's

broader goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving best practices in

  • Delivery Process Ownership: Take full ownership of delivering projects with efficiency and

quality, managing the entire software development lifecycle. Optimize workflows, streamline

processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.

  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks, both technical and

operational, and create strategies to mitigate them. Actively solve complex problems and

unblock the team when necessary, ensuring that the team's focus remains on high-impact work.

Qualifications:

or engineering management role, ideally within a cross-functional team environment.

Experience working with data scientists and data engineers is a strong plus.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in software development, with experience across

multiple programming languages. Experience with SaaS products and a strong understanding of

data-driven applications is a plus.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, helping them

achieve both technical excellence and career growth. Experience in leading teams in managing

change and supporting their continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

relationships across teams and engage with stakeholders effectively. Clear communicator,

capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to make informed technical decisions,

balancing business goals with technical constraints. Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-

driven, analytical approach to resolving challenges.

  • Bias for Action & Continuous Improvement: A proactive, action-oriented mindset with a focus

on driving results and continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
