Role Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect – to join our team as a full-time, permanent member. This individual will bring over 15 years of experience in the identity domain and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions across diverse ecosystems. This is a senior-level position requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with a wide range of identity platforms and tools. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges while shaping the future of identity solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Develop and deliver robust, scalable, and secure IAM architectures tailored to client needs.
Design end-to-end identity solutions leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks, including SSO, MFA, federation, and lifecycle management.
Technical Leadership:
Guide project teams in implementing IAM strategies and aligning them with client business objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication mechanisms.
Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster growth and innovation.
Platform Expertise:
Drive adoption and integration of leading identity platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and CyberArk.
Lead migration efforts from legacy systems to modern identity platforms.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business leaders, security teams, and IT to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and threats in the IAM space to ensure solutions remain state-of-the-art.
Proactively identify and address potential risks, gaps, and improvements in existing identity solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including system design, architecture, and implementation.
Proven experience with diverse IAM platforms, tools, and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of cloud-based identity solutions and their integration with on-premises systems.
Expertise in identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), and directory services.
Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
