As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Stop Loss Claims Administrator Sales professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account-Based Marketer who will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and a proven track record of driving growth through highly targeted campaigns. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to execute account-based marketing initiatives that drive engagement, foster customer relationships, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Selection: Identify and prioritize key target accounts, working in alignment with the sales team to determine the highest-value accounts with the most significant growth potential.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for targeted accounts, including defining goals, messaging, channels, and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Personalized Content Creation: Create compelling and personalized content and messaging tailored to the unique needs and pain points of target accounts, ensuring a highly customized and relevant experience.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that may include email, social media, webinars, direct mail, and other tactics to engage and nurture target accounts throughout their buying journey.
  • Data Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on account strategies, share insights, and gather feedback to optimize campaigns and achieve sales goals.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tools to streamline and automate campaign execution and measurement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, offering recommendations for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in account-based marketing, preferably in healthcare, employee benefits, or insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Constant contact & Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling content.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and a team player.
  • Certifications in marketing, ABM, or related fields are a plus.
