We are looking for a skilled CMMC Consultant to conduct CMMC assessments across a diverse range of customers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CMMC compliance requirements, assessment methodologies, and regulatory standards to support our clients in achieving CMMC certification. This role involves identifying cybersecurity gaps, advising on remediation strategies, and preparing clients for CMMC certification.

CMMC Needs:
CMMC Consulting experience
CMMC CCP Certification
Extremely versed with the NIST 800-171 Standard
Extremely knowledgeable with the applicable DFARS rules (primarily 7012, but also 7019 and 7021 and others)
Understands FAR 52 and 48 rules
Knows the different domains of CMMC and 171
Up-to-date with the latest rulings in the DoD and CyberAB
Experience in applying FedRAMP or FISMA controls to CMMC assessments
Able to evaluate a customer’s work processes and help with adjusting them to meet CMMC controls
Technical understanding of MS365 GCC High (doesn’t need to be an expert in configuration, but a solid understanding of the tools found in GCC/GCC High)
Well-versed in the needed documentation for CMMC: Policies and Procedures; Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly maintenance tasks; Change Control Board (CCB, CCA, ITSG, etc.)
Good report writing skills

Military background
Been a part of a JSVA (Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessment)
Experience with CMMC in manufacturing environments
CMMC CCA Certification
Knows how to use FutureFeed or other GRC Applications
