Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) Appointment Setter who can charm their way into anyone’s calendar. If you’re a natural conversationalist who thrives on connecting with people, staying organized, and hitting targets, this full-time, remote role is for you!
Your mission? Make 150 cold calls daily and schedule at least 10 high-quality appointments, all while effectively managing your pipeline and keeping leads engaged. If you're up for the challenge, keep reading!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling Pro: Make 150 outbound calls daily in both English and Spanish, introducing our products or services and generating interest.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Secure at least 10 appointments per day between prospects and our sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs
  • Follow-Up Enthusiast: Stay on top of leads with timely calls, emails, and follow-ups to maximize conversions
  • Pipeline & Lead Management: Keep your pipeline organized, track interactions, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • CRM Mastery: Record all call details, updates, and appointments in our CRM system for seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Adaptable Communicator: Use scripts as a guide but adapt naturally to conversations, handling objections with ease.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team, providing insights and updates to optimize strategies.
