Purpose Of Job

The Manager, Supply Chain Analytics manages a team of analysts to support the design, maintenance, and improvement of the future state supply chain from suppliers to dealers. Utilize emerging technologies to build network optimization models, dashboard reporting, and statistical models to support end to end supply chain.

Job Components

  • Bring business context and analytical expertise together by working with data, LSS principles and systems to analyze and execute current and future supply chain strategies, models, and decisions
  • Develop data science and analytics as a core capability to help the business become data intelligent
  • Develop and maintain supply chain data and reporting assets for department and enterprise consumption
  • Automate manual analytic processes across the department
  • Facilitate department-wide adoption of enterprise technologies
  • Partner with key stakeholders to foster and advance analytic capabilities within the department
  • Collaborate with analytical leads across the enterprise to ensure department and enterprise are aligned in advancing towards best practice analytical standards and processes
  • Enable decision makers to consistently make the best decisions possible with high quality information in a consistent and timely fashion
  • Manage a team of analysts who will support the development of these capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/ Mathematics/Finance or Statistics with 5-8 years of experience in data science/analytics
  • Knowledge of business intelligence applications
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain principles
  • Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data
  • Experience with data visualization tools and analysis software a must
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Working expertise with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel), expertise with Tableau or similar business intelligence applications, etc.
