Role: Global Partner Channel Manager

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: USA - Dallas

Schedule: Morning shift


Key responsibilities:

  • Own the indirect sales target — drive sales for new outsourced roles through strategic partner-sourced revenue across key verticals.
  • Design and launch a high-impact partner lead generation program including targeting strategies, attraction and reward and ongoing sales growth
  • Sign and activate strategic partners in high-potential industries such as accounting, eCommerce, Tech, Professional Services, Real Estate, Insurance, and Healthcare.
  • Deliver scalable partner enablement — build scalable processes, onboarding certification and sales enablement materials.
  • Track and optimize program performance managing dashboards for pipeline, ROI, partner satisfaction (NPS), and cost of acquisition (COA).
  • Act as the commercial bridge between Cloudstaff and partner teams, aligning with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery for smooth execution.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring ecosystem trends, running incentive experiments, and iterating the program to boost partner-led growth.


Qualification and requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of channel / alliance program experience in outsourcing, Saas or large-scale b2b platforms
  • Proven experience in business development – with a track record for high performance
  • Experience in focus industries - such as accounting, eCommerce, Tech, Professional Services, Real Estate, Insurance, and Healthcare.
  • Executive experience including c-suite alignment, project management and sales sales/financial performance reporting
