IVIX.AI is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President, EMEA to lead our growth initiatives in delivering cutting-edge financial crimes and tax compliance SaaS and On-Premise solutions to government agencies across the region. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the public sector landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth and foster strategic partnerships within the EMEA market. 

The VP will take ownership of the regional sales quota and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish a strong market presence.

About the postion

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy for financial crimes and tax compliance SaaS and On-Premise solutions tailored to government clients.
  • Achieve and exceed the EMEA sales quota, driving revenue growth through both new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team, offering guidance and mentorship to achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to position IVIX.AI as a trusted partner.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, government RFP responses, and strategic deal structuring to secure large-scale agreements.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary executive contact for government clients in EMEA, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Partner with the internal Customer Success team to support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, driving product adoption and value realization.
  • Represent IVIX.AI at industry conferences, public sector forums, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

3. Strategic Market Expansion:

  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights to refine business strategies.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with public sector clients across EMEA.
  • Leverage data insights and market intelligence to optimize sales processes and improve performance.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data science teams to customize solutions for regional compliance and customer needs.
  • Provide regional insights to global leadership, ensuring product development aligns with market demands.
  • Work closely with sales operations, compliance, and security teams to meet government regulatory requirements.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, focusing on SaaS and On-Premise solutions for government contracts.
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions to public sector clients across the EMEA region.
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, financial crime prevention, and tax compliance requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced data analytics.
  • Strong familiarity with financial crimes and tax compliance regulations and government technology procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for sales pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex government sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel: Willingness to travel across the EMEA region for client meetings and industry events.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, if required
