About The Role

Your responsibility

Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, taking full responsibility and ownership of projects from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work alongside a team of experienced and talented developers in a CI/CD environment utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Lead the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, managing the entire development lifecycle.
Build a shared vision with domain leadership for key product initiatives. Support development by prototyping and collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our products, driving initiatives to enhance code quality, performance, and scalability.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively.
Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, developing features end-to-end (client and server)
6+ years of experience building Full Stack applications
A high sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions
Great product sense, and a passion for building software that provides a great experience
Focus on quality and simplicity
Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic
