Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our internal and external communications strategy, helping to enhance our brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. You will work closely with various departments to gather, develop, and disseminate content that informs, engages, and supports our stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote organizational objectives.
  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure that all team members are informed and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and campaigns that enhance community engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share information that supports company initiatives..

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
