Position Summary Details
The Senior Director Clinical Product Manager - AI responsible for defining the strategic direction and roadmap for AI-driven solutions within Xsolis’ healthcare platform. This role focuses on identifying and prioritizing clinically valuable use cases for AI, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, product, data science, and commercial teams to guide the integration of AI capabilities into workflows that improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of clinical environments and a strategic mindset to translate AI opportunities into scalable, real-world impact. You will serve as a key voice in shaping how AI is positioned and delivered across our solutions, ensuring clinical relevance, usability, and business value. Clear communication, customer empathy, and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovation are essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong understanding of clinical environments and a strategic mindset to translate AI opportunities into scalable, real-world impact.
- Develop and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap while considering user feedback (VoC), competitive analysis, and business goals. This role will focus on products based on AI/ML (Generative and Predictive) modules that support our clinical core systems. Deliver impact and results by defining success metrics, analyzing data for insights, prioritizing what to build, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align investment to business outcomes
- Identifying AI opportunities across Xsolis and apply existing AI solutions in new ways to drive innovation, improve clinician efficiency and foster growth.
- Responsible for management and/or development of business requirements, planning, business justification, influencing functional design, process, prototyping, testing, training, verification, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and launch.
- Ensuring adoption of models through realization of value and making improvements and adjustments post-launch.
- Ability to represent Xsolis’ AI assets and capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- 5+ years of clinical experience, CM and UR experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master of Business Administration degree desirable.
Experience:
- Experience as a Product Manager is highly desirable or equivalent experience working in Health Systems. Understanding of data governance, basic statistics, data structures, and how to manage data as an asset.
- Ability to understand technical problems and solutions, and brings experience deploying modern AI and ML techniques
- Effective stakeholder management experience; maintains strong relationships by involving the right people at the right time throughout the development process
- Understanding of Clinical workflows; CM or UR experience a plus.
- Deployment and or use of Generative or Predictive AI in a clinical environment
Other:
- Clearly articulates customer needs, understands designs of features to inform development, and evaluates how the feature is meeting the needs of the customer and the business to make prioritization decisions and manage tradeoffs
- Effective communication skills (C-Suite, VP/Director, Nursing level), written and verbal. Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
Working Environment And Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
