Sales Appointment Setter - Health Coaching

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one-hour lunch break

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a health-focused organization where you’ll be working with warm, motivated leads who have already expressed interest in transforming their health. You’ll be the crucial link between prospects and life-changing health coaching services, helping women take the first step toward reversing their diabetes through a structured, proven program. The role focuses on appointment setting within a well-established sales funnel, where your expertise will directly impact both business growth and individual health outcomes. You’ll be working with high-quality leads generated through targeted Facebook advertising campaigns, making this a rewarding position where you’re genuinely helping people improve their lives while achieving strong conversion results.


Responsibilities
  • Contact warm leads generated through Facebook advertising campaigns to schedule free 15-minute discovery calls
  • Follow up with prospects who have completed online forms but haven’t yet booked their appointments
  • Manage lead pipeline and track all interactions using GoHighLevel CRM system
  • Make outbound calls through integrated phone system to convert leads into scheduled appointments
  • Send follow-up text messages and communications to maintain prospect engagement
  • Work strategically to optimize conversion rates from initial leads to booked discovery calls
  • Support the complete sales funnel process from first contact through successful appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate with team to improve lead conversion processes continuously and outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience, with strong preference for candidates with more extensive experience
  • Knowledge in type 2 diabetesHealthcare or medical background with specific knowledge of diabetes, its complications, and treatment options
  • Deep understanding of pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes to effectively connect with prospects’ pain points and health concerns
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and “hit the ground running” with minimal training required
  • Excellent communication skills for phone-based sales conversations and relationship building
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead conversion, or similar sales roles
  • Self-motivated professional who can thrive in a performance-based environment with an attractive incentive structure ($5 per successfully booked discovery call plus additional compensation for conversions)
