Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our Consumer Marketing team. This role will play a critical part in transforming how we plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns by embedding analytics into every step of the marketing lifecycle. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable diving deep into data, building compelling dashboards, and translating insights into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and improve the member experience. You will work with marketing partners as well as data science, finance, and product colleagues to bring together data and highlight opportunities. **This is an individual contributor role; no direct reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Consumer Marketing teams to deliver timely and actionable campaign insights across digital and offline channels​ 

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, DOMO) that track KPIs such as ROMI, ROAS, NPS, and registration volume​ 

  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews with insight packages, opportunity diagnostics, and strategic guidance​ 

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, test-and-learn results, and audience trends to guide marketing optimization​ 

  • Contribute to forecasting models and budget performance diagnostics in collaboration with Finance and Strategy​ 

  • Maintain data quality and accuracy across marketing performance reports, coordinating with Data Engineering and Martech teams​ 

  • Help define and evolve standard KPI definitions and performance frameworks across marketing functions​ 

  • Educate and empower marketing stakeholders on data literacy and insights self-service tools​

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a related data-driven field​

  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL, Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI​ visualization tools

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations​ (brief case study will be required during hiring process)

  • Intermediate experience with digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CTR, conversion rate) and media measurement techniques​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high visibility​

  • Master’s Degree

  • Healthcare industry experience

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Finance​

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
