What You’ll Be Doing

As a Specialist, Product Management you will ensure smooth product operations by coordinating processes and acting as a liaison between Product and other operational stakeholders. You will handle inquiries, audit checks, and production issues while collaborating on initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Product Inquiry & Operations - Coordinate processes and activities related to product operations. Act as a liaison with other stakeholders - Operations Support, Sales and Technology - to ensure effective ongoing operations. Monitor and coordinate responses to inquiries related to product operations.
  • Transaction Monitoring and Data analysis  - Perform audit checks on daily reports and report on production issues. Analyze data to identify risk & opportunities
  • Process Improvement - Regularly evaluate existing procedures, policies, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with client experience teams to support initiatives and obtain necessary campaign approvals. Support Product Managers on special cross portfolio initiatives. Demonstrate strong partnership with key partner groups and drive incremental sales and AUM growth.
