Our client operates a trusted online marketplace for new and used buses, connecting buyers and sellers with ease and reliability. They are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Specialist to lead the management, integration, and optimization of their HubSpot CRM environment. This role involves owning data integrity, designing seamless platform integrations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for expertly managing all aspects of HubSpot, ensuring clean data architecture, smooth API integrations with tools like QuickBooks and Google Looker Studio, and building robust reporting dashboards. They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to intake requests, implement efficient solutions, and verify data accuracy across connected systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Management & Data Control:

    • Own and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data cleanliness, structure, and reliability.

    • Configure custom objects, properties, and automated workflows to support business operations.

  • Platform Integration & API Management:

    • Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications such as QuickBooks and Google Looker Studio using Zapier and APIs.

    • Map and verify data flow between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to maintain system integrity.

  • Reporting & Dashboard Support:

    • Develop and maintain automated dashboards that provide actionable business insights.

    • Validate data across HubSpot and connected platforms to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Serve as the main HubSpot liaison for internal teams, managing requests and advising on best practices.

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to optimize HubSpot utilization aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years managing HubSpot CRM with expertise in data architecture, automation, and customization.

    • Proven experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms via Zapier and APIs, specifically QuickBooks and Google Looker Studio.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and synchronization processes.

    • Proficient in HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and reporting functionalities.

    • Experience with analytics and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio).

    • Familiarity with AI or automation tools within HubSpot is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities focused on data accuracy.

    • Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.

    • Collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholder requests effectively.
