In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve assisting with questions related to energy services, billing, and account management. Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about their energy services, billing information, and account management.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Eneco team to resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers through attentive and personalized service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utility sector.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
