Position Title: Junior + Business Analyst
 
Location: LATAM - Remote
 
What you will be doing:
 
Seeking a Junior+ level Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support evolving product and project needs. The role focuses on understanding and documenting business requirements, coordinating with development and QA teams, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and eager to learn a unique tech stack while gradually taking on increased responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify and document business requirements. 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and validate the collected information. 
  • Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose optimized solutions. 
  • Document and map business processes using appropriate tools. 
  • Identify, document, and escalate issues or roadblocks promptly to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements. 
  • Validate implemented solutions to confirm correct functionality and operation.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards within project management tools. 
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure clean and consistent data in project management tools by standardizing naming conventions and organizing events, components, and release details to support accurate tracking and collaboration. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that assist in decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Degree in Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related areas.
  • Knowledge in analysis and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Expertise with project management tools like Jira, Notion, Monday, or similar.
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Maintaining organized documentation and clear communication within the team.
  • Navigating a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to ask questions and seek clarity.
  • Managing time efficiently across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Basic understanding of workflows in software development projects.
Good to Have:
  • Interpret UI/UX specifications using tools like Figma; ensure design consistency and alignment between visual prototypes and final implementation.
  • Familiarity with or openness to learning the Swoogo platform.
  • Prior exposure to data analysis or design concepts, though not mandatory.
