Revit & AutoCAD | Commercial Projects | Design-Build Construction

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (Depending on Experience)

The Role

This intermediate-level Architectural Technologist will play a key role in supporting the in-house design and construction teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial projects, a solid understanding of construction detailing and documentation, and fluency in both AutoCAD and Revit. Rendering skills and experience with tilt-up construction will be considered strong assets.

Responsibilities & Requirements

3+ years of post-graduate experience as a building or architectural technologist
Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software
Capable of working across all design phases from schematic design through to construction documents
Strong knowledge of construction detailing, elevations, floor plans, and BP submissions
Experience with commercial projects required (tilt-up construction experience an asset)
Understanding of BC Building Code and Vancouver Building By-Law (VBBL)
Confident in liaising with consultants and internal project teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
