Who We Are Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) was established in 2012 when it acquired over 50 KFC and KFC/Taco Bell restaurants in Alberta and Manitoba. Currently, we operate a total of 56 restaurants in these two provinces. We have 38 locations in Alberta and 18 locations in Manitoba.
