Job description

  • Lead and manage a QA team, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with development and product teams.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including defining objectives, scope, test levels, and resources.
  • Collaborate with other product engineering (developers, QA engineers) and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test automation scenarios.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test scripts for Guidewire PolicyCenter using automation frameworks like Selenium and GT framework.
