Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, products, and services, maintaining a high standard of customer relations.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and client experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide the best support to customers.

Requirements
