We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives at an international technology company. In this role, you’ll work directly with major clients, ensuring high-impact project deliveries—on time, with quality, and with a strong focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead CX-related projects and demands focused on CCaaS, acting as the main point of contact between the client and the technical team.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from client stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, track progress, and ensure alignment with scope, deadlines, and budget. Proactively identify risks and propose solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare clear, objective status reports.
  • Manage client expectations, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible experience for end customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or Scrum Master.
  • Solid knowledge of projects involving CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service).
  • Familiarity with the Sprinklr platform or other CX solutions is a plus.
  • Fluent English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple demands.Ability to work independently and deliver in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

Job Details

  • Type of Employment: Independent Contractor | No visa is required!
  • Location: This is a remote position. Candidates can be based anywhere, as long as they are available to work within a time zone similar to IST (Indian Standard Time).
