Poolwerx, Australia's largest franchised pool and spa care network, is looking for a mobile technician in Wollongong.

Get in on the ground floor with a rapidly growing business. This position will involve servicing pools in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Southern Highlands.

The ideal applicant would have experience in this field or similar and will be able to turn their hand to:

Test and balance water using a mobile spin unit
Manually clean a variety of residential swimming pools
Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment
Identify and discuss sales and service opportunities on site
Service & diagnose pump and equipment issues

To be successful in this role, you will also need to:

Have a current drivers license
Bring a commitment to safe work practices
Be self-motivated, energetic, and able to think on your feet
Enjoy dealing with customers
Be able to work unsupervised
Perform basic marketing activities while in the field
Must be fit, healthy, and able to lift/carry loads of at least 25 kgs

The starting rate is $33-$35/hour depending on experience. We look at staff wages regularly and will increase wages as you grow in the job.
