Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join the firm as part of our IT team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities
Configure, maintain , and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, Workday) to meet business requirements and enhance user experience
Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and training materials
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements through system optimization and automation
Partner with HR and recruiting teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS and ATS platforms
Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision - making
Manage user access, security protocols, and compliance requirements
Coordinate with vendors for system support, upgrades, and issue resolution
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper system integration and data flow between platforms
Monitor system performance and maintain system controls and data integrity
Provide training and support to end users on system functionality and updates
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
B achelor's degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related field, or equivalent experience is required .
5+ years of experience administering HRIS and ATS platforms (such as iCIMS, UKG, or Workday)
Strong technical knowledge of HR and recruiting systems, processes, and best practices
Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
Proficiency in report writing and data analysis
Experience with system integration and API connectivity
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with change management and training delivery
Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience with SQL and database concepts preferred
HRIS certifications (such as iciMS, UKG Pro, Workday, or related certifications) preferred
