We are now looking for a Property Manager to join us on a Permanent Full-Time basis (38 hours per week).

The Role

Located in the Wollongong CBD, your role as a Property Manager will give you the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of supportive high performers while being supported by a solid organisational structure and positive company culture.

We are seeking a positive, client focused individual with lots of initiative, who has great time management and organisational skills.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Management of a select portfolio of residential properties
  • Outgoing and routine inspections of properties
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Organising maintenance and repairs
  • Representing owners at NCAT as required

Selection Criteria

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • Class 2 Real Estate Licence and 2 years+ experience as a Property Manager
  • Knowledge of PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate software will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs and moderate IT skills
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate processes, including legislation and regulations
  • Exceptional customer service and organisational skills - a genuine focus on helping both landlords and tenants
  • Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Own car and full driver’s licence
