Translate business requirements into technical documentation for development.
Define, manage, and continuously review sprint plans to optimize team performance.
Facilitate working sessions and update meetings across all organizational levels.
Support testing (UAT), issue identification, and resolution.
Recommend process and technology improvements to maximize project impact.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certification is mandatory.
Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter is a strong asset.
Prior involvement in conversion/migration projects.
3+ years of experience in personal insurance.
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Familiarity with ITIL, business process modeling, and requirements traceability.
Preferred Skills:
CIP Certification or strong understanding of insurance principles.
Experience acting as Scrum Master is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and lead working sessions.
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
