Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning, prioritization, and system design.
  • Understand the core business problems and align project scope with stakeholder expectations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation for development.
  • Define, manage, and continuously review sprint plans to optimize team performance.
  • Facilitate working sessions and update meetings across all organizational levels.
  • Support testing (UAT), issue identification, and resolution.
  • Recommend process and technology improvements to maximize project impact.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter is a strong asset.
  • Prior involvement in conversion/migration projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in personal insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
  • Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with ITIL, business process modeling, and requirements traceability.

Preferred Skills:

  • CIP Certification or strong understanding of insurance principles.
  • Experience acting as Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead working sessions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
