Under general direction, coordinate and supervise the activities of building, plumbing, electrical, and general inspectors, and administrative staff of the Building Safety Department. Furnish technical assistance to the Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Construction Codes Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Maintain records related to building inspections. Prepare periodic reports on the status of building activities, and do related work as required. Subject to administrative direction and review by the Executive Director of Planning and Development Services.
