Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, the F&B Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining service excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivering Outstanding Service
Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to create memorable guest experiences.
Lead by example, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Team Supervision & Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and support the Pyramid Restaurant & Bar team in all aspects of service, ensuring compliance with established service standards.
Provide hands-on leadership during peak hours to maintain seamless operations.
Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily objectives, menu changes, and guest preferences.
Revenue & Budget Management
Actively promote upselling techniques to maximize revenues while adhering to budget guidelines.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for increasing profitability.
Guest Relations & Service Recovery
Proactively handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
Engage with guests to personalize their dining experience and gather valuable feedback.
Operational Excellence & Team Support
Balance operational requirements with colleague needs to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
Ensure a well-organized and clean workspace that aligns with health and safety regulations.
Product & Menu Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Ensure colleagues are well-informed about menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
Valid TABC & Food Handlers Certification required
Previous Point of Sale system experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents.
