What will you do?

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance to join our exciting team in Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal). This is a management position with a great hybrid work model, offering you the opportunity to lead our financial operations and contribute significantly to Skai's continued success.

As the Director of Finance, you'll be a pivotal leader, overseeing our accounting functions and shaping our financial strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Accounting Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the accounting team, encouraging a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Financial Reporting: Take full ownership of the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Tax Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies to optimize Skai's tax position globally.
Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Team Management: Directly manage our Controller, Payroll Controller, and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements across all our international operations.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a global technology company.
Proven experience in a managerial role.
Deep expertise in US GAAP and experience with international financial reporting.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and experience developing tax strategies.
Proven ability to manage treasury functions, cash flow, and hedging.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
