What will you do?

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance to join our exciting team in Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal). This is a management position with a great hybrid work model, offering you the opportunity to lead our financial operations and contribute significantly to Skai's continued success.

As the Director of Finance, you'll be a pivotal leader, overseeing our accounting functions and shaping our financial strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Accounting Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the accounting team, encouraging a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Financial Reporting: Take full ownership of the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Tax Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies to optimize Skai's tax position globally.
  • Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Proactively manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Team Management: Directly manage our Controller, Payroll Controller, and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements across all our international operations.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of  experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably within a global technology company.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role. 
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and experience with international financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and experience developing tax strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage treasury functions, cash flow, and hedging.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
