About the team 👋

As Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of our Commercial team, driving Samotics’ expansion across new industries and territories. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify high-value opportunities and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners. You’ll play a key role in building our presence in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Your challenge 🎯

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and strategic markets

  • Expanding our presence with existing clients and growing key accounts

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Managing and optimizing your sales pipeline via our CRM system

  • Representing Samotics at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities

  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and quotations

  • Closing deals and driving revenue growth in assigned regions

Your ability to combine a proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial instincts and technical curiosity will be critical to your success.
