Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
Your role in our mission

Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance data, and consultations with managers.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding, compliance, technical, and soft skills training.

Create instructional materials such as manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and presentations.

Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions using a variety of delivery methods.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

Maintain and manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and user records.

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Continuously update training programs to reflect changes in processes, products, and industry standards.

Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or related field.

Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).

The pay range for this position is $51,700.00 - $73,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
