About This Position:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Sales Manager to lead the online sales initiatives for our RTA Cabinet Store brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and optimize the customer shopping experience. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for our customers.

- Location: 100% Remote. (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
- Reports to: Director, Sales.
- Total Compensation: $150,000 estimated within first 12 months.
- Base Salary: $90,000
- PLUS Bonus Incentives. (Monthly and Quarterly.)
- Unlimited upside potential!
- Schedule: Primarily M-F, some early evenings & weekends, 40+ hours per week.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing ecommerce sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team success.
- Key Metrics – revenue, close rate, average order
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on achieving sales goals.
Customer Experience Optimization:
- Oversee the development and optimization of the online shopping experience to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement strategies to improve website usability, navigation, and overall customer journey.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Product and Merchandising:
- Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to ensure a compelling and diverse online product assortment.
- Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new products or features to enhance the product offering.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze sales performance.
- Generate regular reports to communicate key metrics and insights to the leadership team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations that can drive additional sales and enhance the brand's online presence.
- Implement a Trade Pro strategy with your team to increase new and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading/managing a sales team of 20+ direct-reportables.
- Must have kitchen design software experience in either: 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Use and demonstrate AI integration experience.
- Home improvement industry sales experience.
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the ecommerce space.
