Job description

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT is requesting a spreadsheet of all current PCP fax numbers be provided. SWHMA does not have a Provider Data Management (PDM) Department that can validate PCP demographics therefore the request is for SWHMA to employ 2 temporary employees to contact PCP offices to confirming the following:

•             fax number – ability to send ICPs and other correspondence directly to PCP

•             email address – alternative means of ICP communication; another avenue for communication especially in terms of benefits for their members; 60 day notifications and has the ability to add return receipt for proof of delivery

The temporary employees will be given the spreadsheet to update fax numbers for RightFax to input.
