Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Communications team is looking for a team member to promote and support communication needs for the EAP.
This includes working directly with Account Executives, EAP operations subject matter experts, and collaboratively to promote the EAP benefit with Plan Sponsors and members.

• The candidate should have the skills to assist in the production of communications through various methods that align with the role that could include: digital and print layout for flyers, advertisements, digital images, guidebooks, infographics, and more, graphic design, creation of email communications, and creation of designed content and images for websites.
• Strong task management, prioritization and organization skills are key skills for this role.
• The candidate will learn and champion brand standards; provide timely, quality deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines; maintain positive, supportive relationships with coworkers; and handle multiple projects and expected work volume.

 
Required Skills:

• Candidate should be detail oriented and have proficient design review editing skills.
• Candidate should have excellent skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro and experience creating flyers, ads, posters, brochures, digital images, etc. Candidate should have excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel, as well as experience in designing PowerPoint presentations for sales and other needs.
• Candidate should have proficient writing skills for communicating via email with internal and external customers.

 
 

• MS Office 365/previous versions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 5-10 years required.
• Adobe InDesign. 3-5 years required.
• Adobe Photoshop. 3-5 years required.
• Adobe Acrobat Pro. 3-5 years required.
• Illustrator. 3-5 years required
• Adobe Dreamweaver to make basic edits to an HTML file. 2-3 years required.
• Digital materials accessible for WCAG compliance. 2-3 years required.
  - Exp with Creative Cloud Spps such as Indesign
  - Exp. with Photoshop helpful and Adobe Acrobat
  - Exp. with Accessibility

 
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $26.99. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Education:
