Duties And Responsibilities
Document all business processes using swim lane and workflow diagrams.
Maintain all business process documents with quarterly reviews of business-critical processes and annual reviews of all others.
Liaison between Software Development Team and business Subject Matter Experts.
Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents for system development.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates these with key stakeholders.
Assesses options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
Seeks out opportunities for automating processes.
Gathers, reviews and analyzes business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using
data analytics tools.
Collaborates with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
BA in Business Administration, Business Analytics Management Information Systems or a related field.
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
Advanced Visio or Draw.io experience
Experience in the Financial Services or Collateral Recovery Industries preferred.
Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills.
Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data.
