Marketing Associate - Pain Management

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Part-Time Pain Management Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, a deep understanding of pain management services, and a passion for helping patients find relief. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clinic's services, increase patient volume, and enhance our brand reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential patients.


• Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the clinic's services.


• Identify and target key demographics, including patients suffering from chronic pain, referring physicians, and healthcare providers.


• Set measurable objectives and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Traditional Marketing:

• Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, direct mail, and community outreach.


• Develop and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, referring physicians, and community organizations.


• Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote the clinic's services.


• Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand awareness.

Patient Communication:

• Develop patient education materials to inform potential patients about pain management options and services.


• Manage patient reviews and testimonials to build trust and credibility.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.


• Provide regular reports to clinic management on marketing activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a pain management or related medical field.


• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
