We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patient Engagement and Marketing Specialist to manage and execute patient outreach initiatives, including mass text and voice campaigns, email marketing, social media engagement, and community events.
Marketing and Social Media Intern
Internship (Part Time)
Core Responsibilities
Research and engage with relevant hashtags, influencers, and accounts aligned with health, wellness, and pharmacy trends.
Monitor follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance across platforms. Report weekly.
Design visually cohesive templates, Reels, and Stories using Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe tools.
Capture or source visual content (stock and in-store) to fuel engaging behind-the-scenes storytelling.
Conduct weekly mini brand audits of competitor online presence (social media, website tone, and engagement).
Compile basic weekly social and digital reports using existing templates across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Tools.
Time Breakdown
Content Creation and Design (50%) - Reels, templates, photos.
Social Listening and Engagement (25%) - Hashtag research, following/tracking competitors.
Reporting and Analytics (15%) - Basic reporting of social/media performance.
Internal Collaboration (10%) - Sharing insights, brainstorming with marketing manager.
Performance Metrics
- Content Output and Creativity
- # of posts created per week (goal: 3-5 original pieces across platforms)
- Reel/story engagement rate (goal: X% increase MoM)
- Adherence to brand guidelines (qualitative review by manager)
- Social Growth and Engagement
- Follower growth rate per platform (monthly goal per platform)
- Average engagement per post (likes + comments + shares followers)
- # of relevant accounts/hashtags engaged per week
- Competitive and Trend Research
- Weekly competitor audit submitted on time (goal: 4/4 per month)
- # of creative trends or ideas pitched monthly (goal: 2-3)
- Reporting and Analysis
- Weekly report accuracy and submission (goal: 100% on time)
- Insights presented for improvement (goal: 1-2 strategic recommendations/month)
Ideal Traits
