Service Porter - Forest Lane CDJR

Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring for a Service Porter! Porters possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Porters safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons; park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency, and are able to provide a world class experience for our customers. Our team members are service oriented, customer centered and focused on safety.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Able to cope with the physical demands of the job

Moving cars from drive to staging or technician area

Park and retrieve client vehicles

Shuttle driving

Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance

Ensure clients loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to clients concerns

Maintain building/lot cleanliness

Stock customer lounge

Assisting Service Advisors as needed

Ability to perform quality check drives

Ability to run parts in and out of shop

Stage new and used vehicles

Employee Requirements:

Growth mindset, emotional stability, ability to work on a team, and strong customer service focus.

Leadership-focused

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record

Hours:

This is a part-time position

Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Compensation:

Starting at $18 an hour.
