Partners with Staffing and other departments to identify and address process improvement gaps.
Prepares and presents data reports to department and district executive leadership.
Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to ensure consistent department-wide action.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field
2 plus years in directly related experience.
Ability to employ a big-picture focus to understand and align with departmental goals to execute strategy effectively.
Ability to demonstrate a strategic, consultative approach to resolving HCM-related issues within employee relations.
Moderate to Advanced knowledge of the following systems: Oracle APEX, Power BI, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Google Suites, and Excel.
Experience with statistics and/or data governance preferred.
Ability to multitask with multiple data sources and ability to quickly develop new technical systems.
Strong: organizational skills, communication (verbal & written), attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills.
Ability to perceive organizational implications of recommendations and decisions.
Self-starter and able to work without close supervision.
