Nestled on over 200 acres of stunning natural beauty at Stanwell Tops, we offer unparalleled service, state-of-the-art conference facilities, and thrilling experiential programs for a diverse range of groups.

Are you passionate about the outdoors and making a lasting impact on young lives? The Tops is looking for an enthusiastic and values-driven individuals to join our team as Junior Program Guides.

Key Responsibilities

Support and deliver outdoor activity programs under supervision.
Foster transformative experiences that promote self-reflection and growth.
Model personal leadership, positivity, and inclusivity.
Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure equipment is well-prepared and functional.

What You Bring

In this role, you’ll bring your Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS30619) and strong alignment with our core ethos to support and lead outdoor education programs.
