Conducts ongoing audits and recommends action plans to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
Leads OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio.
Guides new hire Sales Associates through a proper three-day training while referring to the Sales Associate Training Guide
Models all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
Trains and mentors subordinates for ongoing success and future growth.
Leads new hires by example while maintaining proper dress code, attitude when talking to members, and other employees
Accurately follows the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
Participates in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.
Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
Processes accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Delivers timely follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
Responds to member requests, inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency.
Troubleshoots and solves technical issues successfully.
Proper on-boarding of all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements.
Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs.
Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning.
Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude and passion for OTF as a business.
Models and supports OTFs values and culture.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, basic computer program software use
Must be a self-starter and always open to feedback to grow themselves and the new hire Sales Associates.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated level of trust in decision making
Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems
Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications
High school diploma

The Assistant Studio Manager assists in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills and solid sales experience. This position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
