We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Truck Driver. This role involves operating an ice cream truck, creating and driving a designated route, selling ice cream, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is outgoing, responsible, and sales-oriented, with a passion for providing excellent service.

Daily Revenue Goal: Meet or exceed a minimum daily sales target.
Upselling: Boost average order value by promoting combos or premium items.
Commission & Bonuses: Earn 20% commission on sales, with opportunities for additional bonuses.

🎯 Customer Satisfaction & Engagement

Customer Feedback: Maintain a minimum 4.5/5 rating from reviews and surveys.
Repeat Customers: Increase repeat business through excellent service.
Social Media Promotion: Encourage customer interactions and boost the company’s social media presence.
Customer Interaction:

Stay positive, empathetic, and professional in all customer interactions.
Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to the office when necessary.
Keep detailed notes on customer comments and complaints, sharing feedback with management for continuous improvement.
