Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our valuable customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
